  I was very disappointed to see that the gravesites of all the Veterans were not recognized with flags.
  I would think out of respect for those who served, that the cemetary staff would have someone place flags on every Veterans resting place.

  Seems to be a trend with the staff, absolute nightmare. Talking on phones, ignoring simple request, and just making it seem like our time of grieving was a game to them. To any of my friends or family, if I perish and you are reading this, avoid this service at all cost.

  The facility is beautiful, however I went to a funeral here today & was quite disappointed with the behavior of the staff during the service.
  The crowd was large so we overflowed into the lobby which is ok. The problem is they didn't have the speakers on so everyone who couldn't fit in the chapel couldn't actually hear the service & the staff was speaking on the phone quite loudly during the service & some other gentleman talking about the business & other clients in the lobby as the wife was talking.
  Just a sad way to treat the people trying to memorialize a fallen hero.

  Nice building.. horrible staff. Didn't even have the decency to turn on the speakers for the guest who couldn't fit in the main room. Also the receptionist​ was loud on the phone. Terrible treatment for a veteran of this country memorial.

  Horrible staff. Very rude and not very considerate. You think they'd do better where the work. Guess not! Go somewhere else for sure.
